Eligibility
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to agree to the Terms, to become a party to a legally binding agreement and to perform your obligations here under.
Definitions
- “Payment Instrument” includes credit card, debit card, bank account, prepaid payment instrument, Unified Payment Interface (UPI), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) or any other methods of payments.
- “Platform” refers to the website or platform where the Merchant offers its products or services.
- “Transaction” shall refer to the order or request placed by the User.
- “Transaction Amount” shall mean the amount paid by the User.
- “User/Users” means any person availing the products and/or services offered on the Platform.
- “Website” shall mean www.instamojo.com or the mobile application.
Merchant's Rights
You agree that we may collect, store, and share the information provided by you in order to deliver the products and/or services availed by you on our Platform and/or contact you in relation to the same.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information including name, email, phone, delivery address, age, gender, and payment details as required for transactions.
Prohibited Actions
You may not misuse the platform in any way including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, unauthorized use, security violations, abuse, or illegal activities.
Limitation of Liability
The only recourse for defective product or service is to initiate a refund. Users indemnify the Merchant from claims arising due to user breach.
Guidelines for Reviews
Reviews must be genuine, non-offensive, non-discriminatory, and not misleading. We reserve the right to accept or reject reviews.
Governing Laws & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Bengaluru per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Disclaimer
Transactions are legally binding. We disclaim liabilities due to unauthorized payments. Use the platform at your own risk. External content is not our responsibility.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us. After this point, cancellation is subject to Platform terms. We may request additional details for cancellation approval. Refunds are considered if the product/service does not match the Platform description and must be requested within three days of the Transaction. Submit refund requests by contacting this email with reason and any required proof.
